Hipp Stage 2+

Hipp Stage 2+ is an organic infant formula that is free of GMOs, pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics and hormones. This is a new phase of post-weaning feeding that meets all EU standards in terms of ingredients.

German Formula Express offers Hipp Stage 2+, which is intended for babies from 6 months as a “mixed diet” - it is made from unique ingredients and high-quality milk, includes all the necessary minerals and vitamins essential for babies.

Specially produced soft organic milk contains iron for cognitive development, vitamins A, C and D, Praebiotik oligosaccharides and other important ingredients.

• Probiotic - natural cultures of lactic acid bacteria, originally obtained from breast milk.
• Vitamins A, C, D - support the immune system.
• Iron - essential for intellectual development.
• Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) of the Omega-3 group - essential for the normal functioning of the brain and nerve cells.

Formulas offered by German Formula Express is a continuation of breast milk. For Stage 1–2 organic lactose as a natural sweetener is used. All Combiotik formulas contain special prebiotic galactooligosaccharide (GOS) fibers to help support normal bowel activity. However, probiotics are only used in German and Dutch Combiotik 1 and 2 formulas. Starch is the standard supplement here for older children. It is more difficult for the body to process than milk, contributes to a more saturated state. Some parents choose a starch-free formula because they consider it an unnecessary additive. UK, Dutch Combiotik and German Combiotik’s Pre formulas do not contain starch, however, German Hipp Stage 2+ Combiotik formulas do.

Different formulas in this series may have some differences. For example, Dutch Stage 2 will have no starch or soy lecithin, Hipp UK may contain soy, and Hipp Germany may contain both starch and soy.

Hipp Stage 2+ is a good alternative to breastfeeding for babies with more appetite, as it contains more protein from casein, which saturates babies, even if they receive the same amount of formula as Stage 1. Children aged 6-12 months need energy to sit, move, be curious about the world around them, so the right choice of food, in accordance with age, is one of the main priorities here.
